What we collect
When you order, we store your name, phone number, delivery address or map pin, order details, and payment status. Team accounts (kitchen, riders, admin) use email and password authentication.
How we use it
- Prepare and deliver your food
- Send order updates and let you track delivery live
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Improve the service and support sellers and riders
Location data
Delivery coordinates you pin at checkout are shared with the kitchen and assigned rider for navigation. Riders may share live GPS while an order is on the way so customers can track progress on the map.
Payment partners
Online payments are handled by Flutterwave. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment references and status are kept for accounting and support.
Retention
Order records are kept for operations, payouts, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of personal data where we are not required to retain it — message us on WhatsApp with your order code.
Security
We use HTTPS, access controls for staff areas, and regular database backups. Never share your team login or rider password.
