Ordering

By placing an order on E-mmere, you agree to provide accurate contact details and a valid delivery location within our service area (Greater Kampala). Prices shown at checkout are in Ugandan shillings (UGX) and include applicable fees shown before you pay.

Payments

We accept mobile money, card, bank transfer (where enabled), and pay-on-delivery. Online payments are processed by Flutterwave. If your payment fails or times out, your order may be cancelled automatically after 30 minutes. Manual mobile-money orders require kitchen confirmation before preparation starts.

Delivery

Estimated times on the site are guidelines, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak hours, rain, or traffic. Riders may contact you on the phone number you provided. You must be available at the delivery pin you selected.

Cancellations & refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for successful online payments are handled case-by-case; message us on WhatsApp with your order code.

Sellers & riders

Menu items are prepared by independent partner kitchens listed on the platform. Delivery is carried out by registered riders. E-mmere coordinates ordering and tracking but does not replace the kitchen’s responsibility for food quality.
